Job Description
- Support and training for industry certifications, including CIT and CLIA
- Initial training provided and will be partnered with a senior technician on jobs to learn all the basic skills

- $16.00 – $20.00 per hour + bonus/commission+ overtime opportunities
- Phone and/or field tablet provided
- Installing rotors, sprays and nozzles
- Installing smart irrigation controllers
- Adding on heads to existing systems
- Install Micro and drip irrigation installation and enhancements
- Helping senior technician on new system installation with laying pipe, wire, attaching heads, and filling up trenches
- Confidently make sales of products and services
- Promote company/product/services
- Working as part of a team to facilitate efficiency, productivity, and sales
- Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process
- Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA® sales process
- Advance career to a Level 2 Technician/Senior Technician/Managerial role
- No experience necessary, although we prefer any field experience in irrigation industry
- Clean driving record
- Results-oriented
- Motivation to earn production bonuses
- Great attitude with a desire for growth
- Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
