This is a fully remote position with inbound leads provided — no cold calling required. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support to help families secure the protection they need through term life, whole life, IULs, health insurance, critical illness, and more.Key Responsibilities

• Consult with inbound leads to understand their needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions
• Educate clients on coverage options in a clear, honest, and pressure-free manner
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
• Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service
• Consistently follow up with leads and clients to help them make informed decisions
• Work toward personal production goals while contributing to team success
