Entry Level Management Associate

Pillar Management is seeking an Entry Level Management Associate to develop leadership capabilities while performing direct sales of wireless and internet services. This customer-facing role combines hands-on selling with supervisory responsibilities — including coaching peers, and driving team performance. You will lead by example on the floor and help implement process improvements.

This is a commission-driven role with a clear path to management for every high-performing Entry Level Management Associate. As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will:

• Sell AT&T wireless devices, internet, and VOIP products while supervising daily floor operations.
• Coach and mentor sales associates to improve performance and close rates.
• Monitor team KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Lead by example through direct sales and customer engagement.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Prepare reports and present performance updates to leadership.

As an Entry Level Management Associate, you need to have:

• Demonstrated leadership potential or supervisory experience.
• Strong sales background with direct selling experience.
• Excellent coaching and people-management skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on selling with administrative duties.
• Results-oriented with a focus on team performance.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
