Our team operates entirely in a virtual setting, giving us the ability to serve members and expand our team across Canada.

Position Overview

This is a remote, client-focused role centered around communication and service. You will connect with members who have expressed interest in learning more about their benefit options and schedule virtual meetings to review available coverage.

Daily responsibilities include presenting benefit information in a clear and professional manner, assisting with digital applications, keeping accurate records, and participating in ongoing training sessions. Comprehensive onboarding and continuous support are provided to help you succeed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma• Strong verbal communication skills• Basic computer skills• Customer service or retail experience is an asset but not required
