Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant

Tempest Elite Group is hiring a motivated and people-focused Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA.

This on-site position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, client relations, brand promotion, and business development. No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide practical training, ongoing coaching, and professional mentorship to help new team members build confidence and succeed in the role.

As an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will work alongside an experienced team to support local marketing campaigns, communicate directly with customers and clients, and help increase awareness of the products and services we represent.

Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities: 

• Support the execution of local marketing, sales, and customer outreach campaigns
• Communicate face-to-face with prospective and existing customers
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Explain product features, service options, promotions, and benefits clearly
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
• Assist with brand awareness initiatives, promotional activities, and local events
• Provide professional follow-up and support throughout the customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity
• Help track campaign results, customer feedback, and sales progress
• Conduct basic research on customer preferences, competitors, and local market trends
• Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
• Represent Tempest Elite Group and its clients with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications Include:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a positive and professional attitude
• Be comfortable speaking with customers and clients face-to-face
• Be willing to learn marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies
• Work effectively independently and within a team
• Demonstrate strong organization and time-management skills
• Be dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Be motivated by goals, professional growth, and team success

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, promotions, marketing, or sales is helpful but not required.
