About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives in a fully paperless, technology-driven office.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is software-competent, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with execution of marketing campaigns (digital and print)
- Create and edit marketing materials (emails, flyers, social posts, presentations)
- Manage website updates and digital content
- Support social media scheduling and engagement
- Maintain CRM data and marketing lists
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate marketing projects and timelines
Technology Used
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Email marketing platforms
- Social media scheduling tools
- ERP systems (proAlpha a plus; training provided)
- Website CMS platforms
- Comfort with learning new systems and working in a paperless environment is essential.
- High school diploma or GED required (Marketing/Business degree preferred)
- 0–2 years of marketing, internship, or related experience
- Strong computer and software skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Reliable and professional

- Full-time, Onsite (Ravenna, OH) Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the facility
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid lunch)
