Responsibilities
- Assist customers by identifying and locating automotive parts and accessories quickly and accurately
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts counter to ensure smooth daily operations
- Process transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure timely parts delivery
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and tracking parts
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects the values of Jeff Belzer's Auto Group
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for cars and the automotive industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory and sales software
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
