Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the production industry and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Production Assistant, you will be working closely with various departments to ensure that all aspects of the production process run smoothly and efficiently.  

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of production materials and equipment.
  • Support the production team in setting up and tearing down sets and locations.
  • Help coordinate logistics for crew and talent on-site during productions.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of production supplies and materials.
  • Execute various administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and communication with team members.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety guidelines on set or in production environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interest in production and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
