Entry Level Production AssociatePay: $15 per hourShift: 1st Shift, MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PMLocation: Strongsville Job Type: Full-timeStart Date: ASAPWe are hiring Entry Level Production Associates for 1st shift manufacturing openings in our Strongsville and Olmsted Falls facilities. This is a hands-on production role with steady daytime hours, training provided, and opportunities to grow with a reputable manufacturing company.This is a great fit for dependable candidates who enjoy physical work, can stay on task in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to build experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production. Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions*
- Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met*
- Package finished products for shipment*
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe*
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies*
- Meet daily production goals as part of a team*
- Assist with other assembly, packaging, or production tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred*
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required*
- Strong attendance and reliability*
- Ability to stand for the full shift*
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed*
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment*
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
- 1st shift schedule: 7:00 AM3:30 PM*
- $15 per hour starting pay*
