Gusmer Enterprises, a family-owned manufacturer of filtration products, is hiring for entry level production roles with paid training at a rate of $21.09 per hour! Once fully trained the pay ranges from $22.72 to $25.85 per hour with shift differential. These are Union positions with overtime available. Depending on manufacturing needs successful candidates will be assigned by management to work as a Material Convertor or Molder Operator.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk on normal surfaces and stand. Specific vision abilities required by this job include visual acuity sufficient to read a computer screen and paper documents. Acute hearing is necessary for in-person communication with fellow employees and other contacts.

Working Conditions

This position typically functions in a production environment. There will be exposure to moderate noise levels, fumes, dust, chemicals, heat/cold, and allergens especially in the production environment.
