Compensation:$120,000 - $249,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Generate and diligently follow up with potential leads to build a strong client base.
- Attend and actively participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills.
- Set and manage appointments for buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Nurture and maintain relationships through consistent communication via phone, email, and follow-up systems.
- Manage and update client information in the CRM to keep records accurate and accessible.
- Track your activity and progress towards team goals to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
- Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, embracing new challenges.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, ensuring all tasks and appointments are handled promptly.
- Experience with CRM systems or a willingness to learn, to maintain accurate client records.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented atmosphere.
