Compensation:$100,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional relationships.
- Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Utilize our proven systems and tools to manage leads and track client interactions efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay aligned with team goals and strategies.
- Virginia Real Estate License – Active VA license or a clear plan to obtain one.
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Excellence – Clear, professional verbal and written skills with clients, teammates, and industry partners.
- Client-First Mindset – Genuine passion for guiding clients and delivering top-tier service.
- Proactive Self-Starter – Motivated, accountable, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
