Guide buyers through the full home-buying journey, securing buyer agreements and identifying properties that align with their goals. Advise sellers on pricing and listing strategies, converting consultations into active listings and marketing homes effectively. Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes. Host open houses to generate interest, build relationships, and attract qualified buyers. Proactively engage with leads via phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into committed clients. Participate in weekly script practice to sharpen communication, confidence, and sales effectiveness. Qualifications: Virginia Real Estate License – Active VA license or a clear plan to obtain one. Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
