Location: Onsite/Hybrid Role in McCandless Township (North Hills), Pittsburgh, PA

Oxford Solutions is hiring for an entry level Recruiter role. Seeking motivated individuals who are focused, driven, and adaptable. Responsibilities

Recruit for openings in IT, engineering, accounting, and finance sectors.
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify top talent and fill roles for businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Screen candidate resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or teleconference.
Source candidates through various channels, including our internal database, LinkedIn, networking events, and social media platforms.
Extend job offers and facilitate placements to ensure the best match between candidates and clients.

Requirements

High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
Entry level experience in sales (over the phone, cold calling, door-to-door, etc.) or internship experience in business, recruitment, or sales.
Competitive and results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
Excellent phone communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing and collaborative environment.
