About this role
We're hiring entry-level Financial Sales Consultants for our remote team. You'll help families find the right financial protection for their needs — by phone and Zoom, from wherever you call home. No finance or insurance background needed. We'll train you and get you licensed.

What you'll be doing
- Contacting warm inbound leads — people who've already asked for help protecting their families
- Running phone and Zoom consultations to understand each client's needs and budget
- Presenting coverage options from a network of 60+ carriers
- Following up consistently and managing your own daily activity
- Attending weekly virtual training with a dedicated mentor
- Working toward team leadership and override income over time
What you can earn
- $800–$1,200 commission per closed sale
- Part-time (~20 hrs/week): typically $50,000–$80,000 in year one with consistent activity
- Full-time: typically $80,000–$120,000 once established; top performers earn well beyond that
- Paid weekly
- Bonuses and incentives available
- Long-term passive income through team building and overrides
Your path forward
- Year 1: Get licensed, complete onboarding, land your first sales, build the habit
- Year 2: Build pipeline consistency, grow activity, reach $80,000–$100,000
- Year 3: Start building your own team, earn override income on their production
- Year 5+: Lead a team, generate passive income, work your own schedule

- No degree at all — drive and coachability matter more than credentials
Requirements
- U.S. citizen or legal resident, currently living in the U.S.
- Raleigh/Triangle area preferred — fully remote, open to all U.S. locations
- Able to pass a background check
- Life and Health Insurance License required before start date (or real willingness to get one — full support provided)
- Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls
- Available at least 20 hours per week
