Search Consultant (Executive Recruiter)
Location: Remote | Full-Time

Whether you have experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, insurance, business development, or another relationship-focused industry, we'll provide the training, tools, and mentorship to help you build a rewarding career in executive recruiting.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Identify and recruit top talent through networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Match qualified candidates with client hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate skills, experience, and career goals.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process.
- Develop new business opportunities while growing an existing territory.
- Become a trusted advisor within your specialized industry.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Previous experience in recruiting, sales, insurance, staffing, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
