Lanz Heating & Cooling of Champaign, IL is seeking full-time Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer to diagnose and resolve problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner while installing quality residential heating and cooling systems. In this position, you will be closely working with other installers to ensure that jobs are done to meet company standards and exceed customer expectations. Our Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installers enjoy an industry-competitive salary and SPIFF opportunities that are based on sales and customer feedback. You can expect to typically work beginning at 7 am, or at agreed upon time put forth by your supervisor. ENTRY-LEVEL RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant construction background/experience
- Able to use hand tools correctly
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Comfortable performing the physical demands of the job
