As an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will assist with residential service calls, perform preventative maintenance, support diagnostic and repair work, learn system troubleshooting, and help deliver an excellent customer experience. You will work alongside experienced technicians while developing technical and communication skills that prepare you for long-term advancement.

What You'll Do• Assist with diagnosing and servicing residential heating and cooling systems• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups• Support repairs and equipment troubleshooting under technician guidance• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain service recommendations• Complete service documentation accurately• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work environment• Follow company safety standards and best practices• Continue learning through hands-on and formal training opportunities

Qualifications

We are open to entry-level and early-career candidates. Candidates should have a trade school education in HVAC, maintenance experience, or at least 1 year of field experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, construction, facilities maintenance, or a related skilled trade. Previous residential service experience is helpful but not required.

Successful candidates are dependable, eager to learn, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working directly with homeowners. We are looking for someone who wants to build technical skills, grow within the company, and develop into an independent service technician over time.

Basic knowledge of heating and cooling systems, hand and power tools, safety practices, and troubleshooting concepts is preferred. EPA certification is a plus, but not required, and may be supported through training opportunities.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving history and demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
