Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to explain insurance products and services effectively.
Identify prospective customers through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by management on a consistent basis.
Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Prepare and present customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies and product information.
Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary insurance licenses.
High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
