Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to explain insurance products and services effectively.
- Identify prospective customers through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management on a consistent basis.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies and product information.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary insurance licenses.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
