Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries about new and used vehicles
- Set appointments to test-drive vehicles
- Help customers select vehicles that meet their vehicle needs and their budgets
- Demonstrate cars and trucks and be able to explain features and benefits of each vehicle
- Process automotive sales documents and deliver vehicles to customers
- Follow-up with customers and sales prospects
