Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by providing information about products and services.
- Support the agency in daily operations, including claims guidance and managing customer inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of insurance industry standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Must be fluent in English; Bilingual is a plus!
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
