Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Educate individuals and families on insurance options (auto, home, life, and business)
- Develop tailored coverage solutions to meet client needs
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Deliver exceptional customer service and long-term relationship management
- Meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with new clients
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (training provided)
