We are currently hiring door-to-door sales representatives for entry-level lead generation and experienced closers alike. These are 100% commission-based roles with uncapped earning potential. Whether you're just starting out or have a proven track record in sales, we provide all the tools, training, and support you need to succeed—and advance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to generate leads or close deals via in-home or Zoom presentations
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and battery storage
- Represent the Freedom Forever brand with professionalism and integrity
- Provide a high-quality customer experience from first contact to final sale
- Take part in continuous training and mentorship to sharpen your skills and grow your career

What We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and commission-based compensation
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving industry
- CRM experience and technical savvy are a plus
- Ability to build rapport and long-lasting customer relationships
