At Premium Merchant Funding, we help business owners access the funding they need to grow. We’re one of the leading companies in alternative business financing, with a high-energy office located in the heart of Century City, Los Angeles.
We’re looking for motivated, competitive, and driven individuals who want more than just a typical 9 to 5. This is an opportunity to build real sales skills, work in a high-energy office environment, and directly impact your income through performance, while still having the stability of guaranteed hourly base pay.
No finance experience needed. We provide hands-on training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.
What You’ll Do
• Speak with business owners and learn about their financing needs• Build relationships through outbound calls, email, and follow-up communication• Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM• Learn how to present financial solutions and close deals• Develop professional sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills• Motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset• Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
