Job Description

Our Farmers Insurance Agency is growing fast, and were looking for a highly motivated, competitive Sales Representative who wants to grow a long-term career in sales.

This is a salaried full-time, in-person role, ideal for someone who thrives on goals, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by commissions and bonuses on top of salary.

If youre hungry to win, coachable, and ready to be rewarded for your effort this role is for you.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Generate new business through leads, outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking
Convert agency-provided and self-generated leads into closed sales
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs
Work leads, quotes, and follow-ups daily
Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and referrals

Requirements

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
Self-motivated with excellent time management
