Entry-Level Sales Representative
Rooftop Power is a fast-growing solar energy company dedicated to helping homeowners reduce their energy costs and transition to clean, renewable power. Our team delivers full-service solar solutions, guiding customers from education and consultation to installation and long-term energy independence.
We are looking for high-energy Appointment Setters who thrive in face-to-face conversations and are passionate about helping homeowners learn how solar can transform their homes and energy bills.
This role is the front line of our sales team, introducing homeowners to the benefits of solar and scheduling qualified consultations with our solar specialists.
Position Overview
As an Appointment Setter at Rooftop Power, you will connect with homeowners in your assigned neighborhoods, introduce them to the benefits of solar energy, and schedule consultations with our experienced solar consultants.
This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within the solar industry.
Top performers often transition into Solar Consultants / Closers with significantly higher earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and cost savings
- Identify qualified homeowners interested in exploring solar solutions
- Schedule in-home or virtual consultations with Rooftop Power solar consultants
- Track appointments and interactions in the company CRM
- Represent Rooftop Power professionally while building trust within communities
- Continuously improve communication, objection handling, and prospecting skills
