Entry Level Sales Representative

The Opportunity
As a Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our growth — working directly in the field to introduce homeowners to solar energy solutions.
Our compensation structure includes performance-based base pay plus commission. Top performers who apply themselves, follow the process, and stay consistent will earn up to $40,000 in their first 3 months.
You'll be trained, coached, and supported — but your results will ultimately reflect your effort.
What You'll Do
- Work assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners
- Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar
- Track activity and results using company tools
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence talking with homeowners
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Coachable mindset and willingness to improve
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in attitude, work ethic, and consistency.
