What You'll Do
- Engage in direct sales outreach across various cities and regions
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to help homeowners explore solar energy solutions
- Present Suntria's smart energy technology with confidence and enthusiasm
- Identify customer needs, build trust, and guide them through the sales process
- Develop essential leadership and communication skills
- Become an expert in renewable energy and smart home solutions

Compensation & Opportunity
- 100% commission-based with no cap on your earnings
- Expected earnings of $70,000 - 125,000+ in your first year
- Upfront AND backend commissions
- $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance
