At The Violand Agency, we're not looking for someone to simply fill a position—we're looking for someone who wants to build a career.
Whether you're coming from sales, athletics, customer service, hospitality, or another people-focused career, we're looking for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and ready to grow into leadership.
You won't be thrown into a role and expected to figure it out on your own. You'll work directly with experienced leaders who will train and mentor you while you learn our business from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with local business owners and their employees
- Helping clients understand and enroll in valuable supplemental benefits
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Learning how to recruit, train, and mentor future team members
- Developing leadership skills through hands-on coaching
- Tracking your progress and setting goals for continued growth
As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to move into leadership and eventually build a team of your own.

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but it isn't required.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
