Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr

These positions are with our valued clients and offer a clear path to grow into higher-level technical roles.• If you're looking to break into the security and low-voltage industry, this is your chance to get hands-on experience and build a long-term career.• ________________________________________• Position Overview• We are seeking Helpers, Apprentices, and Level I Technicians who are eager to learn and grow in the field of electronic security systems. You ll work alongside experienced Level II, Level III, and Lead Technicians on commercial job sites, gaining valuable technical skills and industry knowledge.• ________________________________________• Key Responsibilities• Assist with installation of: • o Access control systems (card readers, door hardware, panels) • o Video surveillance systems (CCTV cameras, cabling, NVRs) • o Intrusion alarm systems • Pull, route, label, and terminate low-voltage cabling • Mount devices such as cameras, sensors, and control panels • Support senior technicians with system setup and testing • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times • ________________________________________• Basic Qualifications• 0 2 years of experience in construction, electrical, or low-voltage work preferred • Strong interest in security systems and technology • Basic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learn power tools • Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and active job sites • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic • Good communication and teamwork skills • ________________________________________• What You ll Learn• Fundamentals of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems • Structured cabling and device installation techniques • Reading blueprints and job site layouts • Job site safety and industry best practices • How to grow into a Level II, Level III, and eventually Lead Technician role • ________________________________________• Career Growth Opportunities• TradeSTAR is committed to your long-term success.
