Job Description

Develop, review, and edit documents/presentations with proper grammar that adhere to agency style guides and publication standards. Ensure language presentation is consistent with prescribed style guides and specialized vocabulary of subject matter fields. Prepare, review, and coordinate executive-level correspondence. Develop senior executive-level papers, briefings, and/or technical documentation. Develop methods or procedures (e.g., checklists, SOPs, etc.). Provide independent, proactive surveillance and inspection of program operations using practical knowledge in monitoring, controlling, or maintaining the quality of products or services in quality assurance, procurement, inspection, production, or related areas. Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Expert level proficiency in Task management system Task Management Tool (TMT). Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.

Education / Experience Requirements:

BA/BS and 6 years experience in Hazardous Material Management, Pollution Prevention, EPRCA, Radon, and Emerging Chemicals. Possess 10+ years of direct experience overseeing administrative support, executing requirements, and delivering services to DoD and/or Federal Agencies. At least 1 year of specialized experience providing environmental compliance management and execution support.

Location: Onsite Washington DC

Clearance: Public Trust/Criminal Background; Able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
