Environmental, Health & Safety Manager

Salary Up to $125,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Southern US

Our client is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join their manufacturing team and play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and continuously improving operation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS THE EHS MANAGER:

· Lead and manage the facility's Environmental, Health & Safety programs.

· Ensure compliance with federal and state EHS regulations.

· Prepare required regulatory reports and maintain EHS records.

· Partner with production and plant management to identify and resolve safety and environmental issues.

· Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

· Manage the workers' compensation program.

· Stay current with changing regulations and industry best practices.

· Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the facility.

· Support plant vehicle and security programs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EHS MANAGER:

· Bachelor's degree in EHS, Environmental Engineering, Safety, or a related field.

· At least 6 years of EHS/Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong knowledge of federal and state EHS regulations.

· Experience developing and implementing EHS programs.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to work effectively with both management and employees on the plant floor.

· ASP or CSP certification or willingness to obtain.
