This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations while driving a strong safety culture across manufacturing operations.The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and experienced in a fast-paced, Multi Plant manufacturing environment.Why join us?

- Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
- Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
- Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
- Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures.
- Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management in a multi-plant setting, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands-on health and safety training.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial hygiene.
- Proven experience with accident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus.
- Valid qualification in occupational health and safety, such as a certificate from the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH).
