Environmental Engineering Technician

Southeastern Montana | Relocation Assistance Available

$75,000-$80,000 + 12% Annual Incentive + Outstanding Benefits

Looking for a career that combines environmental stewardship, engineering, and cutting-edge technology?

We're partnering with a respected industry leader seeking an Environmental Engineering Technician to support environmental compliance, surveying, construction projects, and sustainability initiatives at a large industrial facility in Southeastern Montana.

What You'll Do

  • Operate drone and GPS survey equipment
  • Perform surveying, mapping, and volumetric calculations
  • Support air and water quality monitoring and environmental compliance
  • Assist with construction management and field inspections
  • Work with engineering software including AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Collaborate on projects that improve environmental performance and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience or coursework in surveying, environmental science, engineering, or construction
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS survey equipment, or similar software preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000-$80,000 base salary
