About the Role
National Salvage and Service Corporation is seeking a hands-on Environmental Foreman to lead field crews in environmental remediation and industrial service projects. This role is ideal for a safety-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, outdoor environments and has experience managing crews and equipment on active job sites.

What You’ll Do
· Lead and supervise environmental field crews on remediation, spill response, and industrial cleaning projects
· Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards
· Coordinate daily job tasks, crew assignments, and equipment usage
· Operate and oversee equipment such as vacuum trucks, hydroblasters, and pumps
· Conduct safety meetings, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and enforce PPE requirements
· Train crew members on proper procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation
· Complete and maintain required documentation (logs, manifests, reports)
· Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
· Monitor productivity and adjust workflows to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of experience in environmental services, industrial cleaning, or remediation
· Prior experience leading crews or serving in a foreman/lead role
· Strong understanding of safety regulations and field operations
· Ability to operate or learn specialized environmental equipment
· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
· Willingness to travel and work in physically demanding environments

Preferred Qualifications
· OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER (current)
· CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
· Confined Space Entry certification
· Experience in railroad, industrial, or heavy civil environments

Work Environment
· Outdoor, field-based work in varying weather and industrial conditions
· Frequent travel and occasional extended hours
· Physically demanding work including lifting, climbing, and use of PPE/respirators
