Job Details

We are seeking a proven EHS leader to oversee all environmental, health, and safety initiatives for our site. This individual will be responsible for driving compliance, managing risk, and elevating safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site-wide EHS programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulationsDrive a proactive, zero-incident safety culture through leadership and employee engagementManage and maintain ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (OHSAS) certificationsConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across operationsTrack and report EHS metrics (leading/lagging indicators) to leadershipLead audits, investigations, and corrective action plansPartner with site leadership to align EHS initiatives with business goalsOversee training programs and ensure full compliance across teamsAct as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field5+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards (14001 / 45001 preferred)Experience driving safety culture and leading cross-functional initiativesProven ability to manage audits, compliance, and regulatory interactionsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
