What You'll Do
In this role, you'll partner with our Regional EHS Manager and plant leadership to strengthen and elevate our safety culture across the organization. You'll be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping identify risks before they become incidents while championing programs that make our workplaces safer, healthier, and more efficient.
Your impact will include:
- Driving proactive safety initiatives and employee engagement
- Leading facility safety inspections and identifying improvement opportunities
- Investigating incidents and uncovering root causes to prevent future occurrences
- Analyzing safety trends and helping develop continuous improvement strategies
- Supporting safety reviews for new equipment, processes, and facility changes
- Delivering training and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards
- Influencing positive behaviors and helping build a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility
What You'll Bring
- Associate degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of Environmental Health & Safety Specialist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and workplace safety regulations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation
