Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Epic Billing Queue Management Technician to manage billing queues, review claims, resolve denials, correct billing errors, and support revenue cycle operations using Epic Resolute.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • 2+ years of medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle experience.

  • 1+ year of hands-on Epic Resolute HB/PB billing queue experience.

  • Knowledge of UB-04, CMS-1500, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and revenue codes.

  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and managed care.

Preferred: Epic Resolute training/certification, payer portal experience, Pharmacy Technician certification, and CRCR/CPB certification.
