The Epic Conversion Analyst is responsible for migrating data from legacy healthcare systems into the Epic EHR platform. This role ensures clinical and administrative data is accurately mapped, validated, and converted while maintaining data integrity, compliance, and usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and convert data from legacy systems into Epic.
- Develop and execute data conversion and validation processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data conversion issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams, clinicians, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Document conversion activities, workflows, and best practices.
- Provide support and guidance on Epic data conversion processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare data migration, conversion, and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and clinical teams.
- Epic Bridges Certification required.
