Required Skills & Experience:-Experienced in learning design, training development and eLearning.-Experienced with web training/authoring tools and multimedia tools/players.-Past success working independently as well as in a team situation while meeting aggressive deadlines.-Demonstrated high degree of collaboration and diplomacy as well as problem analysis and creative solutions.-Demonstrated competence in designing and presenting Web Based courses.-Proven knowledge of adult learning methods.-Demonstrated proficiency in Client Office Products.
Preferred Skills & Experience:-Minimum of 3-years relevant Epic experience.-Proven experience in instructional education, training, and customer service.
Responsibilities Cont'd:-Ensures system changes and updates are incorporated into existing documentation and curriculum.-Maintains expertise and competence in the proper operation and optimal use of assigned software/Epic modules. Remains informed about trends and innovations in the industry.-Assists in maintaining and testing the training environment in a manner consistent with the overall training strategy and approach.
