Epic Pb/Hb Advisor

Prominence Advisors is seeking two senior revenue cycle leaders — one for Professional Billing, one for Hospital Billing — to support a post go-live optimization project at a large, multi-entity health system following a recent Epic implementation. These are high-visibility roles partnering closely with finance and revenue cycle leadership.

Requirements

Who you are: a senior PB or HB leader with strong Epic experience, ideally including go-live optimization, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders while still working the operational detail.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing and healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Current Epic Resolute PB certification or Resolute HB Certification

What you'll do:

• Own the optimization plan for your area — reducing outstanding inventory while correcting the upstream workflow, system build/configuration, and data quality issues driving it.
• Partner regularly with senior client leadership, translating progress into terms executives can act on.
• Drive change through the client's own revenue cycle leaders — hands-on and influence-driven, not a status-reporting role.
• Lead a cross-functional team on the areas of highest impact.

Track focus:

• Professional Billing: coding, surgery, registration, and claim-edit workflows.
• Hospital Billing: charge review, claim edits, missed charges, and unposted activity.
