EPIC Program Manager
- Drives and organizes the operations priority list; takes projects from raw idea through to delivery*
- Strong project intake, scoping, and status reporting; brings structure and keeps work in a standard process*
- Experience creating and implementing workflows and processes (portfolio-management mindset)*
- Epic revenue cycle experience is important; certification is not required*
- Executive presence and strong communication; can represent the team to demanding stakeholders with emotional intelligence*
- Change management and communication are critical, not just delivering the build, but building understanding across the ecosystem in partnership with operations
