Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including charters, stage gates, and risk management plans.
  • Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring integration and alignment across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Organizational Change Management

  • Develop and execute OCM strategies using frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s model.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
  • Create and deliver communication plans, training programs, and adoption metrics to ensure successful change implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Facilitate steering committees and provide regular updates to leadership on program progress, risks, and resource needs.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
  • Education and Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field required. 
  • Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH)preferred. 
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare setting but not required. 

    Skills Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (ex. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal- formal authority. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365

    License and Certification Requirements

  • Project Manager Certification Required-PMP Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred CCMP or Prosci OCM certification preferred.
