- We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role, be self-motivated, and have a strong ability to learn.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair equipment to ensure maximum performance and availability.
- Maintain equipment records, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair logs.
- Respond to maintenance calls and prioritize workload to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Continuously develop technical skills through training and on-the-job experience.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and management to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a similar industry.
- Strong ability to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
- Physical ability to perform duties that may require standing, climbing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment.
