Job Summary
The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This role supports field and maintenance crews by preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment, while consistently looking for opportunities to enhance service quality and operational performance.
Job Description
- Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members to review job plans, safety risks, and operational requirements.
- Maintain equipment in good and safe working condition in accordance with operational and safety standards; promptly report any issues or deviations.
- Promote and maintain individual and crew safety throughout all job activities.
- Prepare, assemble, and disassemble equipment during rig-up and rig-down operations.
- Operate assigned equipment in alignment with competency level, job requirements, and established procedures.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and comply with all company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
- Maintain all required certifications and complete ongoing safety training.
Skills Required
- Previous experience operating industrial or field equipment preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to HSE standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in field conditions and adapt to operational demands.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Pay Rate
- $19 - $22 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
