Job Title: Equipment Operator Location: Williston, ND

Employment Type: Contract

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers, identifying opportunities to improve service, and assisting field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation.

Responsibilities

Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
Ensure individual and crew work safety.
Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
Maintain the required safety training.

Requirements

Experience in operating heavy industrial equipment.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
Ability to work on call hours, not shift work.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

Optional skill or experience.
Nice-to-have software knowledge or industry experience.
