Job Description
The Equipment Service Coordinator uses hands-on mechanical and equipment knowledge to support customers, mechanics, and ISCO's service operations. This is an opportunity to continue using your technical skills while moving into a less hands-on, office-based position.
What You'll Do
- Manage and process McElroy RMA's.
- Support Fusion Hotline calls by gathering information and coordinating with hotline mechanics.
- Assist with customer damage assessments and quotes.
- Coordinate between customers, mechanics, and internal teams.
- Track service requests and ensure follow-up.
- Provide support to the maintenance and equipment service teams.
Qualifications
- Experience as a mechanic, equipment technician, maintenance technician, or similar hands-on technical role preferred.
- Strong mechanical and equipment knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot and communicate technical information.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable learning and using computer systems.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
Experience with McElroy equipment, fusion equipment, HDPE piping, construction equipment, or rental equipment is a plus.
