Job Description

Emergency and specialty hospital located in the Albuquerque area focusing on emergency medicine, critical care, and collaborative specialty support. The hospital has a supportive, team-based work environment and a high-acuity client base. Specialists provide neurology, surgery, and internal medicine care in collaboration with the pet owners primary care veterinarian. State-of-the-art veterinary hospital that provides emergency care for injured and sick dogs and cats as well as specialty medical and surgical treatment by skilled doctors on a referral basis

Mon: 12am-6pm

Tue-Thu: 8am-6pm

Fri: 8am-12:00 pm

Sat-Sun: Available 24/7.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required. State Veterinary Board License:
Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment Obtained prior to start date
Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
Experience in emergency medicine including work experience, small animal rotating or emergency internships is strongly recommended.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual proposed full-time range starting at $180,000-

$250,000+/year, with a sign-on bonus up to $70,000 and up to 30K relocation assistance. The actual salary oered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. $10,000 referral finder's bonus
