ER RN Start Date: ASAP Shift: 3x12 Variable Years of Experience: 1 First Timers Accepted: Yes Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC Skills REQ: Per UD Is on-call REQ:No Weekend REQ: Yes Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes Open to accommodating block schedule?: No Locals Accepted: No- Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: No RTO Restrictions: Based upon request Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks- Traveler can be called off for 1, 12 hour shift per 2 weeks FACILITY INFORMATION Type of Facility: Acute Care Medical Center/Long Term Care Facility/Outpatient Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 46 -Acute Care, 22 Beds LTC Scrub Color: Any or Business Casual Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Parking is free HOUSING INFORMATION Facility provides housing to travelers during assignment. Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments. Housing will be available for move-in not earlier than 72 hours before contract begins and not longer than 24 hours after contract ends. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED Housing units are typically large enough to accommodate only the traveler. Bringing additional family members is not common and needs to be approved by the facility. Housing unit will need to be cleaned upon departure or it will be subject to additional cleaning fees billed to traveler.
